The website accessible at elema-hotels.com (hereinafter: the "Site") is published by SHB – Société Hôtelière Beauvaisienne, a Simplified Joint Stock Company under French law, registered with the Beauvais Trade and Companies Register under the number 393 808 191 R.C.S. 5. Site Availability
SHB - Société Hôtelière Beauvaisienne strives, as far as possible, to maintain the Site accessible on a permanent basis, but is not obliged to do so. According to Article L221-28 12° of the Consumer Code, the consumer does not have a right of withdrawal for accommodation services when the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Hotel reservations are therefore not subject to the legal withdrawal period of 14 days.
The cancellation and modification conditions applicable to each reservation are those communicated at the time of booking (on the Site or by direct confirmation).
8. Consumer Mediation
In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the Consumer Code, SHB - Société Hôtelière Beauvaisienne has set up a consumer mediation system. In the event of a dispute that is not amicably resolved, the consumer can resort to the competent mediator free of charge:

9. Disputes and Applicable Law
In case of a dispute between SHB - Société Hôtelière Beauvaisienne and a consumer, the parties will attempt to find an amicable solution. Failing that, and subject to mandatory provisions applicable to consumers, the competent courts of the jurisdiction where SHB - Société Hôtelière Beauvaisienne's head office is located (Annecy) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
